The Rolwaling Tashi Lapcha Trek is a challenging and adventurous route in the Rolwaling region of Nepal that connects the remote Rolwaling Valley with the Everest region. The trek begins in the scenic Rolwaling Valley in Dolakha District and ascends gradually through traditional Sherpa villages, dense forests, alpine meadows, and glacial landscapes. Trekkers pass through picturesque settlements such as Simigaon, Beding, and Na Village while enjoying stunning views of Himalayan peaks including Mount Gaurishankar.

The trek’s highlight is crossing the high and technical Tashi Lapcha Pass at approximately 5,755 meters, linking Rolwaling with the Khumbu region. After the pass, the trail descends toward the Everest region, typically ending around Namche Bazaar or Lukla. This trek is designed for experienced trekkers comfortable with high-altitude and glacier travel, offering both adventure and cultural immersion in Sherpa communities.

    Drive from Kathmandu to Gonggar via Dolakha 1660m/7-8 hours by Jeep and trek to Simigaon 2020m/1-2 hours .
